He started his career by making room on small screen wherein he did Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In 2012 he was opposite Tom Cruise Jack Reacher. He then landed lead roles in The Divergent series. He was thought to be really successful but things did not go as planned. His star has not completely gone. Even movie Suicide Squad could not help him garner Hollywood stardom.
