Brussels sprouts are available during the cold months containing good amount of protein as compared to some greens which is 6g per serving. Brussels sprouts are filled with fiber and can fill you up so much that you don’t crave for snacks. If you don’t like Brussels sprouts yummy when they are cooked, you can try roasting them in oven with small amount of olive oil, sea salt, thyme and veggies like carrots and potatoes. Roasted veggies are perfect winter comfort food!
