The murder of John Lennon was one of the most popular murders of its time. John Lennon, a member of the Beatles was killed outside his apartment when he was signing autograph by Mark David Chapman. He had waited outside the apartment all day and asked for Lennon’s autograph at 5 pm. After this, the celebrity went out to have dinner and around 11 pm when he returned, he was shot by Chapman 4 times, thereby killing him.
