Andreja Pejic aka Andrej Pejic was born in Bosnia as male and moved to Australia with mother in the year 2000. She was always fascinated by the girlish things. Before finishing her high school, she discussed her feelings with the family and they supported her. When he was 17 years old, he came across a modeling agent who gave her a break.
Finally, in 2008, she made a catwalk debut at the Melbourne Fashion Festival. In 2014, she underwent sexual reassignment surgery in America.
