2. Marvin Gaye brutally murdered by his father (1984)
Marvin was shot and murdered by his father Rev. Marvin Gay after a heated argument between the two. Marvin’s brother Frankie who witnessed the incident revealed Gaye’s final words, “I got what I wanted…I couldn’t do it myself, so I made him do it.”
